The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood with plenty of food and stores within walking distance. The rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable, equipped with a fridge, microwave, and Keurig for a convenient morning coffee. The staff were very friendly and helpful, though could benefit from more customer service training. There is a variety of dining options available, and the breakfast was very good. Overall, a nice place to stay with a few areas for improvement.
The hotel rooms were great and clean, a real bonus with the heat outside. They had a fridge, microwave, and a Keurig, which made my mornings so much easier. The staff was always so nice and friendly, making a tough time much easier. The location was great, with lots of food and stores within walking distance. The dining experience was very good, especially the selection of pork and bacon sausage, eggs, biscuits, and sausage gravy. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
When I arrived at the hotel, I noticed a bit of an odor as I walked into the rooms, but I was impressed by how large and spotless they were. However, the white curtain didn't fully cover the street light, which was mildly bothersome. Despite the slight delay in readiness until after five, the overall room quality was great.
